Children 2-4 years
The 2-4 year old ministry uses the same curriculum as K5-3rd grade with the primary focus being to give parents resources to disciple their smaller children. We also desire to set a solid foundation in preparation for the K5-3rd grade program.
K5 through 3rd Grade
We desire to partner with parents, who bear the primary responsibility for the discipleship of their own children, by providing a solid foundation for their faith in Bible instruction, sound doctrine and worship, training them to be actively engaged in the body of Christ, the church.
4th through 6th Grade
The 4th-6th grade ministry continues to desire to partner with parents, who bear the primary responsibility for the discipleship of their own children, by providing a solid foundation in Bible Study Tools, an introduction to Systematic Theology, and an introduction to Biblical Theology.
The Children's Ministry will aim to equip our students with:
1) A competent understanding of the whole Bible as a story that points to Jesus using the Gospel Project curriculum.
2) A foundational summary of theological truth using the New City Catechism.
3) Selected Scriptures to commit to memory that supports the theological truth of the New City Catechism.
Curriculum for the children's ministry program
At Gospel Fellowship we seek to instruct our children ages 2 through 3rd grade in both the Gospel Project Curriculum and the New City Catechism.
The Gospel Project is a curriculum that walks children through the Bible and is published by Lifeway Christian Resources. For more information about The Gospel Project click here.
