Prayer for Week of 2/9/26

Prayer Passage: Covenant Renewal Service

Pray that we at Gospel Fellowship would submit to the gospel message leading to restoration of the gospel community.

Prayer for our Church Families:

• Matt and Sarah Behnke
  • Please pray for courage for Sarah and Ruthie to be faithful witnesses of the gospel at the assisted living home where Sarah's grandma recently moved.
  • Please also pray for our family, that we can walk in God's will with everything that we do. We want to be more dependent on Him each day, and make sure we're a part of His big plan.
• Bradley and Lori Belch
  • Wisdom and patience for Lori as she manages our home day in and day out.
  • That the joy of selfless love and sacrifice in motherhood would outweigh daily challenges and stress.
  • That our kids would have receptive and absorbent hearts and minds as we raise them in the fear and admonition of the Lord.
  • We’re starting a monthly “pop-up activity” morning for young families in our immediate community, with our first event on February 16th. Please pray that God would use this small beginning as a seed for long-term engagement in the lives of those who attend. 
  • Wisdom and strength for me at work, and that God would use the abilities He’s given me as our company works to recover from a difficult 2025.
  • That God will guard our marriage and our children's affections.

Neighborhood: That our neighbors would submit to the gospel message leading them to restoration in Christ and entrance into the gospel community.

Missions: Milwaukee Rescue Mission

Voice of the Martyrs: Tanzania

• Praise God for the distribution of hundreds of study Bibles and training materials for pastors.
• Pray for local churches that boldly work to spread the gospel.
• Pray for the protection and peace of Christians living on the island of Pemba, where believers are frequently attacked.
• Pray for unreached tribal groups that are resistant to the gospel.
• Pray for Christians who face significant opposition in Muslim-majority areas
