Prayer for Week of 7/27/26

Prayer Passage: Proverbs 1:1-7 

Pray that we at Gospel Fellowship would worship the Holy Lord who reveals His glory.

Prayer for our Church Families:

• Merry Thiele: Please pray that our Heavenly Father is with the surgeon on July 30, and that Merry’s other two medical issues are resolved in a timely manner. 
• Tom and Jen Thompson: Praise the Lord for Tom’s successful surgery! Please pray for a quick recovery, relief from pain and numbness, and increased strength. 

Prayer for Local and Global Missions:

Neighborhood: That our neighbors would worship the Holy Lord who reveals His glory.

Missions: Paul and Marilyn Karstens

Voice of the Martyrs: Chad

• Pray for the survivors of an Islamist attack in which 12 people were killed at a church. 
• Christian villages in the south are routinely raided by militant Fulani Muslims. Pray for protection and peace. 
• Only 24% of Chadians are Christians. Pray for their bold witness to Muslim neighbors. 
• Pray that followers of Christ will have greater access to discipleship materials. 
• Islamists attacked a church and killed its pastor in 2023. Pray that God will provide, comfort and protect a new pastor.
