Prayer for Week of 8/31/26

Prayer Passage: 

Pray that we at Gospel Fellowship would worship the Holy Lord who reveals His glory.

Prayer for our Church Families:

Prayer for Local and Global Missions:

Neighborhood: That our neighbors would worship the Holy Lord who reveals His glory.

Leaders/Authorities: That our leaders would come to worship the Holy Lord who reveals His glory and that they would exercise their authority in line with God's word and the gospel. 

Missions: Paul and Marilyn Karstens

Voice of the Martyrs: Democratic Republic Of The Congo (DRC)

• Pray that Islamist groups like the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) will stop persecuting Christians. 
• Pray for a Christian woman whose two daughters were abducted by Islamists.
• Thousands of Congolese Christians have been displaced by Islamists. Pray for their provision and comfort. 
• Using Psalm 23 as a guide, pray that Congolese Christians will experience the care and comfort of the Good Shepherd. 
• Many churches have been destroyed by Islamists. Pray that the congregations will still have opportunities to fellowship.
