Prayer for the Week of 7/19

Psalm 25:1-5 focuses on the believers need to wait on God.  The challenge for us is to humbly a) come to Christ, b) look to Christ, c) ask God, and d) encourage one another while we are waiting for God to act.  

Local:
Gospel Fellowship:

Elders:

• Pray that the Elders would practice these four encouragements as they seek  the Lord in their leadership of the church.

Church Body:

• Pray that Gospel Fellowship would continue to encourage one another to wait for the Lord in the midst of their hardships and difficulties.

Church Building:

• Pray for God's direction for our current and future building needs and expansion.

Church Families:

• Halcomb
• Hamill

Neighborhood:

• Pray for opportunities to speak with our Neighbors about our God who is faithful to those who wait on Him.

Missionaries:

Paul and Marilyn Karstens: 

• Pray that Paul would be encouraged to wait on the Lord and remain faithful in the midst of difficult ministry situations and cultural unrest.
• Pray for provision and protection during food shortages, gas shortages, and dangerous riots.
