Prayer for Week of 8/3/26

Prayer Passage:  1 Corinthians 12 

Pray that we at Gospel Fellowship would worship the Holy Lord who reveals His glory.

Prayer for our Church Families:

• Zach Thompson: Please pray for Zach and his fiancé, Abby, as they finalize arrangements for their wedding this fall, continue counseling, and prepare for married life together. This includes both Zach’s move to Hartford and Abby transitioning her church home to GFS later this year. Please also pray for the sale of Zach’s house in Milwaukee this summer. Praise God that the work for Milwaukee Rescue Mission is now able to move forward on their new campus building project. Please be in prayer for wisdom and blessing on that process.

• Pray for believers who face ongoing persecution and imprisonment for missionary work. 
• Pray for house churches that are pressured and harassed by the Communist government. 
• Pray that Chinese Christians will have access to Bibles despite restrictions and other obstacles.
• Pray for the release of Christians charged with "bad business practices" or "undermining the state." 
• Pray for the perseverance of Christians under continual government surveillance and oppression.
