Prayer for the Week of 12/6

Please use this prayer guide throughout the week as you pray individually and as a family.

Exodus 20:15-17 focuses on the 8th, 9th, and 10th commandments. The 8th commandment applied instructs us to not be a taker but a giver. The 9th commandment focuses on not maligning someone’s character but rather seeking how to build them up.  Finally, the 10th commandment gives the heart motivation from which all the others flow. We should not covet, having an inordinate desire for something that is not our own.
