Prayer for the Week of 1/24/22

Exodus 23:10-33 taught what it looks like to love God. This was seen in three key ways, 1) by resting in Him, 2) by feasting unto Him, and 3) by serving only Him.  Christ is the only one who perfectly accomplishes these things and the only way for us to truly know and love God.

Local:
Gospel Fellowship:

Elders:

• Pray that the Elders would show their love for God by turning their attention continually to Jesus.

Church Body:

• Pray that Gospel Fellowship will encourage one another to rest in and serve God alone.  

Church Building:

• Pray for God's direction and wisdom for our current and future building needs and expansion.

Church Families:

• Wycklendt
• Yomantas

Neighborhood:

• Pray for opportunities to point our neighbors to Christ as the only way to know, walk with, and love God.

Missionaries:

Mark and Laura Ambrose

• Pray for Mark and Laura to continue to show their love for God by resting in and serving him even as they serve and minister in Cambodia.
• Praise that Laura is feeling better after having COVID.
• Pray for safety while traveling back to Cambodia on February 2nd.
