Prayer for the Week of 2/28/22

Exodus 25:1-22 taught us that the plans for the tabernacle all reveal God’s purpose.  The sanctuary highlighted worship, the ark highlighted the Word, and the mercy seat points us to the welcome to come into the presence of God through the blood of atonement. Jesus Christ fulfills all these realities, especially as the means by which we are welcomed into intimacy and relationship with God through his death and propitiation of our sins.

Elders:

• Pray that the Elders would worship God through a high value on His Word and walk in intimacy with Him through Jesus.

Church Body:

• Pray that Gospel Fellowship would encourage one another to worship through the Word and resemble the welcoming love of God displayed in Christ.

Church Building:

• Pray for God's direction and wisdom for our current and future building needs and expansion.
• Pray for how you might be able to joyfully give beyond your regular giving to the potential building project.

Church Families:

Neighborhood:

• Pray for opportunities to help your neighbors come to God who welcomes them by sharing the truth of God’s Word with them.

• Pray that Paul and Marilyn would continue to worship the Lord and have strength to teach local pastors the word of God.
