Prayer for the Week of 5/9/22

Psalm 15 taught that the hope and goal of our life with Christ is to Know God and to Stand in the Lord’s King.  However, the Psalm explains that only those who keep the law perfectly and have a life and commitment that align perfectly with God’s have access to Him.  Jesus, the Lord’s King has already dwelt with God when we could not.  He has also come to dwell with us so that we might know God when we were unable to approach Him.

Elders:

• Pray that the Elders would be faithful to encourage the congregation to dwell in Christ and know God in deepening ways through Him.  

Church Body:

• Pray that Gospel Fellowship would remind one another to bear fruit as they abide in Christ.  

Church Building:

• Pray for God's direction and wisdom for our current and future building needs and expansion.

• Pray for opportunities to speak to our neighbors about the Jesus who has come to dwell with us and make God known to us.

• Pray for developing partnership with Teaching Leaders International and the integration of materials to help train indigenous pastors.
