Prayer for the Week of 9/26/22

1 Corinthians 1:10-17 taught that when it comes to divisions in the church we must 1) grasp the real problem and 2) feel the gravity of the problem.  Ultimately to exalt man is to empty the cross of its power.

Gospel Fellowship:

Elders:

• Pray that the Elders would be faithful to encourage the church to be unified.

Church Body:

• Pray that Gospel Fellowship would encourage one another to be unified and to minister the truth of the cross to one another.  

Church Building:

• Praise God for his provision and pray for wisdom for the next steps of the process

Church Families:

• Thiele
• T. Thompson

Neighborhood:

• Pray for opportunities to point our neighbors to the power of the cross of Jesus Christ.

Paul and Marilyn Karstens (Missionaries in South Africa)

• Pray that Paul would continue to find strength in and proclaim the power of the cross.
• Pray for the upcoming Training Leaders International training on October 19-22 in Queenstown.
