Prayer for Week of 9/9/24

Prayer Passage: Ecclesiastes 4:1-16

Pray that we at Gospel Fellowship would fear God in a fallen world that we might enjoy Him now and forever in a restored world.

Prayer for our Church Families:

• Chris and Ashley Brost: Please be in prayer for Ashley and Violet as they are recovering from pneumonia.
• Jonathan and Emily Brownfield

Prayer for Local and Global Missions:

Neighborhood: That our neighbors would see the glory of the cross as we deny ourselves like Christ that we might build one another up with the love of Christ. (John 13:35)

Local Missions: Simeon Trust

Global Missions: Paul and Marilyn Karstens (Cape Town, South Africa)

• Pray for Paul and Marilyn as they recover from bronchitis. 
• Pray for Paul's continued ministry to the students at Cape Town Biblical College. 
• Pray for Paul's upcoming training in Kimberly (9/17-9/22) and Queenstown (9/24-9/29). Pray for the TLI leaders as they travel to South Africa and for their travel by car from Kimberly to Queenstown. 

Voice of the Martyrs: Sri Lanka

• Pray that more Sri Lankan front-line workers will choose to work in Muslim areas. 
• Pray for those reaching out to children. 
• Pray for those ministering in Buddhist-controlled areas. 
• Pray for those training and equipping pastors. 
• Pray for unity among the churches so they can resist a new wave of attacks.
