Prayer for Week of 8/14/23

Prayer Passage: Ephesians 6:1-9

Pray that we at Gospel Fellowship would be more and more led by the cross to deny ourselves like Christ that we might build one another up with the love of Christ.

Prayer for Local and Global Missions

Neighborhood: That our neighbors would see the glory of the cross as we deny ourselves like Christ that we might build one another up with the love of Christ. (John 13:35)

Local Missions: CareNet (Local Pregnancy Center in New Berlin)

Global Missions: Paul and Marilyn Karstens (Cape Town, South Africa)

• Praise for the Taxi strike and related violence being halted for the time being and for the Karstens safety throughout.
• Pray for Paul as he teaches his class on "The Church" and the individuals who are changing their position on it to be more in line with scripture. 
• Pray for the 7 men that Paul is mentoring in his ministry in the church.
