Prayer for Week of 4/1/24

Prayer Passage: 1 Corinthians 15:58

Pray that we at Gospel Fellowship would be more and more led by the cross to deny ourselves like Christ that we might build one another up with the love of Christ.

Prayer for our Church Families:

• Dave and Shasta Newton
• Mike Nulty: I need prayer for the following.  For spiritual strength. By that, to not give into temptation. To remember the book of James. I need prayer for my failing body. That I trust in the Lord and not on my own understanding. This body will pass away and a new imperishable one will be given.

Prayer for Local and Global Missions:

Neighborhood: That our neighbors would see the glory of the cross as we deny ourselves like Christ that we might build one another up with the love of Christ. (John 13:35)

Local Missions: CareNet (Local Pregnancy Center in New Berlin)

Global Missions: Mark and Laura Ambrose (Cambodia)

• Dahlia Dorm: Please pray as we all learn more about conflict resolution and how to love each other.  Please pray that gossip would be put to death and that the girls and staff would learn to build each other up and not criticize or hold grudges.  That they would learn more of God's great forgiveness for them and extend that forgiveness to each other.

• The vast majority of churches and home churches do not have trained pastors. Please pray God will make a way for this to happen.
• Christians are commonly denied medical treatment as well as educational and other social services.
