Prayer for Week of 12/25/23

Please use this prayer guide throughout the week as you pray individually and as a family.

Prayer Passage: Matthew 2:16-23

Pray that we at Gospel Fellowship would be more and more led by the cross to deny ourselves like Christ that we might build one another up with the love of Christ.

Prayer for our Church Families:

  • Julie Gross
  • Abby Halcomb

Prayer for Local and Global Missions:

Neighborhood: That our neighbors would see the glory of the cross as we deny ourselves like Christ that we might build one another up with the love of Christ. (John 13:35)

Local Missions: Simeon Trust

Global Missions: Mark and Laura Ambrose (Cambodia)

  • Please pray for the new residents of Dahlia Dorm.  Keep praying as everyone settles in and adjusts to each other, the new girls to their new schools, the staff would have wisdom in caring for and raising the girls, they would all learn to solve conflict in a God honoring way
  • Please pray for the churches in Cambodia to be grounded in God's word, that faithfulness in Him would prevail and that the name of Christ would be glorified.  Please pray for our home church RCC as renovations continue to add worship space and dorm space.  Meantime we are meeting at Pleroma High School for Girls.

Voice of the Martyrs: ERITREA

  • Eritrea is a country on the Red Sea.
  • Evangelical churches must meet secretly; the government actively seeks to infiltrate these underground churches and imprison their leaders.
  •  Imprisoned Christians are not given a trial or allowed to see their families. The conditions inside these prisons are some of the harshest in the world. Prisoners are given meager rations and held in shipping containers in extreme dessert conditions for years.
*We want to pray for you. Please email prayer requests to office@gfswi.org
